I'm not a political activist but I can't help noticing how gun owners overreact to everything. Every time there's another shoot-em-up there's also a predictable outcry from gun control zealots. The politicians give lip service to those control freaks because they want to keep their votes. And then the near-sighted gun owners, taking the politicians literally, go haywire. In other words, a jackass kicks because he is a jackass.
